Tangerine Shirt- Marni
Leopard Mini Skirt- unknown
Silver Tights- Balenciaga
Black and Gold Purse- Yigal Azrouel
Gold Platforms- YSL

Sometimes, it's most fun to create an outfit out of favorites. Don't worry if they match or not, if you like the pieces separately you will likely enjoy them all at once.

This look is an amalgamation of my favorite designers. Marni has mastered the art of creating volume, the way this shirt is constructed is similar to origami if you look at the intricate folds. The leopard mini is from a costume shop and because it's so body conscience it lends itself well to layering. As for the Balenciaga tights, I love them because of their sparkle and texture. The Yigal Azrouel bag is so luxe and versatile and so it has become a fall favorite. The YSL platforms, I've had for about 6 years and they never seem dated... what's better than that?

If you were to create an outfit of favorites, what would you include?

Outfit of favorites: J Brand Skinny Jeans in black, Helmut Lang signature t-shirt in white, Balenciaga Matelasse in Cognac, Doc Marten 1460's in black patent & [soon] Hortensia Knitwear for the head : )My friends call this (essentially) "my uniform" because I'm so predictable in my love of basics.

I love the orange color of the shirt but the baggy style doesn't really do it for me.

your azrouel bag is class against your tangerine top. how fun!

the faves:
1. top: urban outfitters crop top with lace-like open back [bright green]
2. shorts: express [DIY cut/frayed into shorts with bleach stains]
3. tights: nordstrom [electric blue]
4. flats: mad 4 mod vintage [bubblegum pink flats]
5. headband: j. crew [yellow, orange and pink plaid]
6. leather jacket with zipper pockets: saks fifth [black]

... i'm obsessed with bright colors - who wants to be boring?
