The Biotin has made my nails so much stronger andmy hair grow faster. <br /><br />The women&#39;s ultra mega pack has increased my energy so much that when I don&#39;t take the vitamins, I feel a bit drained. The spirulina is new, but more greens definitely can&#39;t hurt your diet.<br /><br />As for the taste, I&#39;m sensitive as well.
